A World of Discovery at the Farmer's Market

Below is the link for the article about Jeremy Hansen, owner Sante' Restaurant and Charcuterie, and his recent visit to the South Perry Farmer's Market. It was a very impressive feat to behold. Jeremy prepared a gourmet meal, using only market ingredients, cooked onsite with only one burner. It was truly amazing! The meal was spaghetti and meatballs in an apricot sauce with fresh morels.

Beautiful market fresh ingredients. Look at the size of that morel when compared to the apricots in the bowl.  Gorgeous!
