This is the story of a British chap who was able to do just that. He educated himself and made it happen. It took some serious experimentation in the kitchen, but with some practice he was able to perfect such recipes as wild duck with blackberry sauce or trout stuffed with aniseed and garlic mushroom stuffing, served with roast silverweed chips and steamed sorrel and mashed burdock. WOW!!!
